Orders and shipments
At the time of purchase, it is possible to select home shipping by choosing one of the available options from:
- STANDARD DELIVERY: within 3-5 working days from shipment confirmation €7.50
- EXPRESS DELIVERY: within 1-2 working days from shipment confirmation €15.00
Preparation of the order takes 1-2 working days.
Orders made between Monday and Friday by 1:00 pm (Italian time – GMT+1) will be handed over to the forwarding agent on the same day. After this time, the shipment will be handed over to the forwarding agent on the next working day. Please note that “working days” means Monday to Friday and our warehouses are not operational on Italian public holidays.
During certain events (Sales, Black Friday etc.), there may be a slight delay in processing your order, despite our continuous efforts to respect the established timeframes.

The order date refers to the date on which the order was placed and confirmed on the website, whereas the delivery date refers to the date on which the goods were dispatched from our warehouse and handed over to the carrier.
The countries to which we can deliver your order can be selected from the menu in the footer of our website (bottom right). However, please be informed that Colmar ships to all European Union countries with the exception of the following areas:

You can place an online order and ship it to a country other than your own.
To do so, you must first select the destination country from the menu in the footer of our website (bottom right). Please be informed that the delivery method, prices and business terms may differ depending on the country selected.
https://www.colmar.com can also deliver to an alternative address (e.g. your workplace); you just need to provide the delivery address. For security reasons, https://www.colmar.com cannot deliver to post boxes or to "poste restante" services at post offices.
As soon as the order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will be sent an email confirming all shipping details.If you have a profile on https://www.colmar.com, you can track the details of your order in the MY PROFILE section.
After several failed delivery attempts, your goods will be placed in stock at a warehouse. You will be contacted by our Customer Service and requested to provide the information necessary for the delivery. If we have not heard from you within three days after the notification, products will return to our own warehouse and the amount of your order will be refunded.
It is not usual for carriers to contact you in advance, nor can they guarantee deliveries at specific times.
